2. Services

2.1 Scope of Services

We provide installation, configuration, and ongoing support for smart home devices. Our team ensures seamless integration of sensors, cameras, lighting, thermostats, and other connected devices.

2.2 Schedule Changes

Clients may request to adjust booked service dates up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Such adjustments are subject to availability. If the new schedule cannot be accommodated, a credit toward future services will be issued.

2.3 Reimbursement Policy

If we fail to deliver an agreed service without proper notice, we will offer a full reimbursement. In all other cases, a pro-rated credit based on the scope of work remaining will be provided. Requests must be submitted via our contact form.

3. Information Products

Our digital guides and tutorials cover best practices for optimizing smart home ecosystems. These products are delivered electronically upon purchase.

3.1 Access and Usage

Access to our digital materials is granted immediately after purchase. Users may view and download guides for personal use only.

3.2 Reimbursement Policy

Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer post-download credits or vouchers once materials have been accessed. If you encounter technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days for support or a full reimbursement.

4. Physical Goods

We offer select smart home hardware such as sensors, controllers, and accessories through our online storefront.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Items are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on destination.

4.2 Reimbursement Policy

Unused items in original packaging may be sent back within 30 days for a full reimbursement. Shipping fees for sending items back are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. To initiate a reimbursement, complete our contact form.

5. General Terms

All specifications and descriptions of services, products, and schedules are subject to change without notice. SmartDevice Flow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; updates will be posted on our platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
